Requirements/Key Responsibilities:

· Strong background in AI, with hands-on experience developing natural language or other multimodal models. 

· Work on large language model (LLM) training pipelines, implement efficient inference strategies, writing reusable code, running evaluations and organizing results. Experience in developing AI-driven applications for real-world industry use cases.

· Knowledge of best practices in software development, including version control-GIT, code reviews, and continuous integration.

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science and relevant technical field, however we encourage applications from all qualified candidates.

Preferred:

Research work or publications in AI or any related field.
